Here are just a few examples of how the POAs responded and supported residents after a concern was raised: Traffic • 2014 : Traffic safety issues were raised at a CPOA meeting which resulted in the initiation of a traffic study for the Central section and hiring Traffic Consultant Creighton Manning Company in 2018. The goal of the study is to create a Traffic Calming Master Plan for the Village of Garden City. This plan will provide the Village recommendations for policies and projects intended to calm traffic and improve pedestrian safety.
